looking for western/english show horse

I have a friend who has been searching for a horse for her daughter. She is planning on doing 4H and open shows. Desires 15'2 or taller, stock breed, she would like to stay under 3k and I know that is not much for a show horse, but in this market maybe she can find something. Thanks for the reply. No, unfortunately she does not want to lease. She has been leasing for a few years now and are looking to purchase now.
