APHA lookup help...

I posted this on the old MEL board and with much luck we were able to figure out his registered name! (Very Thankful)

Anyways I owned a Breeding Stock paint name "Buddy"
BL FLEET BUDDY is his registered name. Wondering if anyone here has APHA access to see who his current owners are? I heard he was sold and just wanting to know how he is doing. He's a big sorrel with a bald face and white stockings I believe 4 of them. He is maybe 15-ish in age and stands 16 hands tall. I've tried looking for him before, but now I have his registered name so I'm hoping that helps me.

I think u need apha plus to see the owner.

I thought maybe it was like AQHA. So there are different levels of membership on APHA? Member and member plus?

Thanks...just trying to understand the difference then.
