I needed some help on the board so created a member category "Web Helper" with simple duties for helping on the site.
* Christel is not full manangement at this time and can not delete posts,or do anything with members profiles etc......
Basic duties on the Board she can:
bump, sticky,move, make annoucements
helping on the site:
manage skins - this is background, colors, images/icons etc
header-footer
creating boards,categories etc...
