Hey all, does anyone have any info on a horse neglect case in Ortonville MI? A friend says they saw it on Channel 2 news but I can't find anythin on it. They say that it was a rescue farm that was charged with neglect.....It was called Whinnies Place? Just wanted to hear "the rest of the story"
