Paint Horse registry help

I have been helping a 12 yr old girl find that "perfect horse" We have finally found one...a bit rusty but a little elbow grease and he will be back to his outstanding self.

This is where I need the help as we picked him up today the girl mentioned he was registered but she didn't receive the papers from the previous owner. (I'm assuming lost) But she did say his registered name is "Justa Novelty". He is a 13yr old bay gelding. I am hoping someone may be able to help me find a list of his previous owners to help track down his papers and where he came from.

Update. Apparently I have the name spelled wrong. "Justa Novel Te"
When I look this horse up I am coming up with a 1994 Red Roan Overo Paint Stud.
The fun part is, I can't find a picture of the horse anywhere to compare. Maybe mis-information and his sire is "Justa Novel Te" and that's not his registered name. He is clearly a bay, but I won't know if Justa Novel Te is his sire until I do more loooking and find a picture.
