I have added two more mini's to my herd. They are two young geldings. One of them is a red roan, that I have aptly named Red, original I know, but it fits. lololol! The other is a blue roan so of course his name is Blue. they are out with the rescue mini, Lady and her friend the goat, Pam. We had the back pasture mowed down and had a 16 x 16 horse shelter built for them. They are starting to look good, except Red got into something that gave him an allergic reaction so he is being treated for a fungus, poor boy, but by the time he has healed he will be very people friendly... I guess if I cannot find a good riding horse, then I will have a few mini's instead, as they are very addictive. The rescue Mini, Lady will soon be up for adoption as her feet are trimmed to get better. She is fat and sassy, looks very good, and will someone a nice cart horse or pasture companion. I have attached Lady's picture. Sharon Attachments:

I am glad you are doing well and Lady also. However, I would not leave her in grass that thick. That is seriously putting her at a very high risk of founder and most people wont adopt a foundered horse let alone a mini.

She is in the back pasture, with roughage, only and doing really well. And she has actually found a new home.
I am looking for someone willing to haul her from St. Clair to Emmett, if you know of anyone wanting to make a few extra bucks let me know.
