Is anyone going to Hungerford this week?

I'll be up there from Sun. to next Sat. wondering if anyone else is going? Has anyone been up there recently and what is new good or bad?

Was up there a couple days before Memorial Day, campground was in good shape and the trails were clear. Saw some signs about staying off private property or trails will be closed, that I didn't see two years before. Pretty sure the well was working (didn't use it but saw others using it and I saw posts saying it was broken). Other than that, enjoy.

please stay off the trails that are marked with flaging tape, some ppl. are using them an dont care, they are not open to ride on yet til next year, we have some new trails along with the old one, lots of miles of trails. thank greg

thanks for the info. I can't wait to see the new trails. I heard they were great. I hope the well isn't broken again. last year we had to cart water in. what a pain for 4 horses.
we do appreciate all the work the assoc. puts into the park. I wish we lived closer to help. we only get up there once a year.
this is our fourth year and now we get a group of about 20.

i might slip over tuesday or thursday , have ya rode over to get a icecream cone yet, took us 3 year to get their, it's a nice 3 to 4 hour ride round trip depenning on what kind of horse ya are on.

I'd also like to remind everyone to stay off the mountain bike trails. There's plenty of horse trails up there, please let other users have their dedicated trails to reduce conflict.

I still haven't done the ice cream ride yet. Thought about it in May but wanted to explore other areas first. Maybe next time.

I was to camp this weekend... but plans didn't work out - others needed us... so I hope to get a weekend up there after fair - to wind down the horse show year - whew
