I have a 1 bd 1 bth efficiency type apartment for rent... This apartment is attached to my house.. My house is a duplex. The apartment has 3 rooms living/kitchen area, bedroom, and full bathroom. It has its own private entry way. "there is NO access into my home".
It has its own heat "propane." This apartment is small! So It doesn't take much to heat it. It is located in VERY RURAL Crystal, Mich. At the very end of a private drive. Stocked pond right out your window, with 7 acres with pasture, and run-in. I will allow 2 horses. "they will be in with my 1 horse" Under the terms of you buy the hay and grain for my horse in exchange for them being there. Lots of dirt road to ride on, with out door arena in the making this summer.
We are asking 300.00 a month all utilities except heat and phone are included. This apartment will suit a a couple or single. WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE A FAMILY! We are pet friendly as long as the pet is friendly with children, Will not tolerate barking dogs, or dog who chase livestock! There are out door kennels attached to the garage with built in dog houses, If you have a outdoor dog. Indoor dogs are OK too, as long as they are house trained.
We are a young working couple who have the heads on straight, with 2 children who like to have the occasional bomb fire and beer/ USUALLY WITH A LIVE BAND... we love animals, and the out of doors! We have quads and dirt bikes, and can be noisy on the weekends. ON the week days.... we are quiet due to work!!! My hubby drives 50 mile one way to work, so we go to bed early.
Other than that were pretty fun people, Who are looking for the same to rent the apartment.
