We boarded at a place in Concord. It is a private place with no other horses so you would have to provide your own food and feeding. The space isnt very big but the person who owns the place is extremely nice. You would also have to make some gates which should be easy with strands of wire. The pen might have to be cleared out of some plants too. The barn is very nice and provides a lot of room for the horse. We kept the trough in the barn to keep algae from growing. If you would like her number I could get it for you. When we boarded there it was free. It might not be the perfect place but could hold you over until you found the perfect place. Stay away from TLC. They are a little crazy over there
