Some of the Sheriffs Posses were in town over the weekend for the Pony Express. They graced our Strawberry Festival parade with their presence. It was so cool to see so many horses on one street like that and I want to thank them for coming! The weather wasn't very nice, but everything seemed to work out anyway. Strawberry Prince and Princess rode in style. The two recipients of the fund raiser by the Pony Express. The Posses.

That's so Great I'm in the 13th pic down ( Boo on Leroy)
Just a little History Leroy (AQHA) was just a Green Broke brat 10 years ago (1999) at Pony Express in Osceola County and I had him along just for the experience. Back then I rode a horse called Quick Credit (AQHA) he was an X Race horse of the track I had been riding him for 10 years as a Posse Horse. We had just finished our mail carry and I loaded him in the trailer and before I could get the saddle off he dropped over Dead of a Heart Attack. He was buried that Saturday on Oceola County Sheriff Posse grounds just outside of turn Four Headed for Home.
Osceola County owns 40 acres with a very nice Club House and an arena. The great thing is that they also have a Quarter Mile Track there also.
To end this it was Great that Quick died doing what he loved to do (RUN) and Leroy has done Great things for me.
