I know Kelly Gilbert. We bought two amazing horses from her in 2009 and have never lost touch with her. She has taken great interest in the careers of the horses that we bought, is lovely to talk to and has a wonderful property that she is constantly improving to benefit the horses that she works with. She is honest to a fault and takes great pride in trying to identify each "niche" for every horses that passes through her hands. We will forever be grateful when she placed an ad that said "seems to want to jump" on a morgan quarter pony she had, as she certainly had that one pegged. We bought our amazing pony jumper from her based on that single assessment, and 5 years later he is still successfully competing on the USEF as both a pony hunter and jumper. We additionally bought an OTTB from her that is a lovely hunter who also has gone onto show on the h/j circuit. The horses were well cared for and people continually comment about the fact that someone (Kelly) must have done a boatload of despooking of them, as they are generally unflappable. HIGHLY recommend this seller.
