With my busy show schedule I'm thinking I am going to just rent out the few spaces I don't have time for. Horse owner/renter would have to supply all food, bedding and care. If the right person came along I would be willing to maybe share some feedings.
Rates are as follows:
stall in back barn NO turnout $100
Stall in front barn NO turnout $150
Stall in back barn with turnout $175
Stall in front barn with turnout $225
Description of facilities for people in back barn: Access to indoor outdoor arenas. I will supply a place to put some sort of tack trunk. During business hours access to wash rack with hot and cold water. Many trails to ride and a trail course.
Description of facilities for people in the front barn: Access to indoor and outdoor arenas. Place to put tack trunk. wash rack with hot and cold water. Horses will be under a timed light system. All stalls are matted. Blanket bar for every stall in the front barn
Turnout: is a group pasture with whatever horses I put out in that pasture. Round bales must be provided for that field I can supply and split the cost of the hay if I have horses in that pasture.
